Policies:

	Payment NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. Payment in full is due at check-in upon approval of cabin with cash or personal check. Rates include all taxes and cleaning fees.  There are no other charges. Weekly rates are calculated on a 7 night stay. (You will only be charged for 6 nights.)
	Reservations A two night minimum stay is required on all reservations.  Cabins and jacuzzis are too costly to clean and stock for just one night! When your reservation is confirmed, a package containing an Asheville Visitor's Guide and a map to the cabin will be mailed to you.
	Cancellations Cancel as early as possible so that your days may be rebooked by others.
	Checking  In/Out Check in between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM at the reserved cabin.  Check out by 11:00 AM. NO EARLY CHECK-IN's (Before 3:00 PM) OR CHECK-IN's (After 7:00 PM) . WE MUST HAVE SEVERAL DAYS NOTICE OF YOUR APPROXIMATE ARRIVAL TIME SO THAT WE CAN BE THERE TO CHECK YOU IN.
	Cabin Rules - Strictly Enforced Smoking is allowed on the porch only.  No Pets. Don't open windows while heat  / AC/ logs are on. 2 guests per cabin.
